Shipping process
Packages are generally shipped between 3 and 10 days after payment is received. They are shipped with a tracking number.
Return process
If you want to return a product (see article 4 of the UGC), you must follow the following procedure:
1/ contact us by phone: +33 01 42 60 07 05 or by mail using our contact form to inform us about your wish of returning the product(s);
2/ send us pictures of the product(s) to be returned as well as the reason for the return so that our exeprts can assess wether the conditions are met;
3/ after our expertise and validation is made, we will send to you the confirmation and the return label;
4/ once you have received the confirmation, you can return the complete product(s) (product, accessories, box, instructions, etc.) with the packaging and the original invoice.
